As the January transfer window approaches, Athletico Madrid boss, Diego Simeone has said that star player Antoine Griezman will be allowed to leave the club. He said he can give it a nod when the right opportunity comes along.
The Argentine gaffer also insists he will not stand in the way of his players if they want to leave the club. He made it clear that it his joy to watch his players grow. Antoine Griezmann has been attracting offers from Manchester United and Paris St Germain.
The 26-year-old made a huge buzz when he was the center of attraction during the last transfer market. The Frenchman’s current deal with Athletico Madrid runs until 2022 and that includes a release clause of around 100 million euros. However, Athletico Madrid will be able to sign players in January 2018 after serving a transfer ban.
Man city To Buy New Central Defender, Zidane To Make Move For Salah
Pep Guardiola has revealed that his side needs a new center back in next years transfer window. This was after he had told Man city Directo, Txiki Begiristan over the urgent need to buy a central defender in January. The Manchester city manager complained that Vincent Kompany was often sidelined due to incessant injury.
